Edwin O'Hora

Edwin O'Hora is an experienced professional in talent management and organisational development, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Management at Aptiv since August 2020, after holding the position of Director of Talent & Organisational Development. Since October 2015, Edwin has also been the Program Director for Organisation Development & Transformation at the Irish Management Institute, focusing on program development and management for the IMI Diploma in Organisation Development & Transformation. From September 2014 to August 2020, Edwin owned and operated OHORA Consulting, providing support in organisational development, change, and strategic HR. Previous roles include HR Director at Heineken and Group HR Director at United Drug. Educational qualifications include an M.Sc in Work and Organisational Psychology from Dublin City University, a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, and a BA in Psychology from University of Galway.
