Nidhi Sharma has extensive experience in human resources and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Nidhi started their career as a Consultant at International Management Consultant in 2001 and later joined Mafoi Management Consultant as a Senior Consultant in 2002. In 2004, they joined Goldman Sachs and served as Vice President HR, where they led HR initiatives for the Technology and Finance division. Nidhi'sresponsibilities included talent review and succession planning, retention strategies, and advising on workplace issues. In 2011, Nidhi became an HR Leader at General Electric, managing the HR function for 500 employees across multiple locations and leading change management initiatives.
