Julia Veber Lopes

Julia Veber Lopes has worked in the Human Resources field since 2015. Starting as an Apprentice at Supergasbras Energia Ltda, their responsibilities included updating CTPS, scheduling interviews, providing customer service, filing documents, and assisting in organizing events. In 2016, they moved to Grupo Meta as an Analyst of Recruitment and Selection, where they were responsible for recruiting and selecting professionals for IT - SAP and Software - for projects, support, and corporate areas. In 2018, they joined DBC Company as an HR Management Analyst, where they were actively involved in the growth of more than 50% of the organization's personnel in that year. Currently, they are an HR Analyst (DHO) at AQUIRIS, where their main responsibilities include maintaining the institutional culture in product teams, leading internal communication projects, and leading diversity and inclusion actions.

Julia Veber Lopes has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidade La Salle, which they obtained between 2019 and 2021. Julia also has a Tecnologia em Gestão de Recursos Humanos from Faculdade IBGEN - Instituto Brasileiro de Gestão de Negócios, which they obtained between 2015 and 2017. Her field of study for both degrees was Gestão de Pessoas e Coaching.
