Elmer Fabia

Elmer Fabia has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and food industries. Elmer started their career at Nestle Philippines, Inc. in 1992 as a Process Line Operator, where they were responsible for the operation process of Milo mixing and drying. Elmer also served as a Filling Machine Operator, ensuring the quality of Milo powder production. In 2008, they joined Saudia Dairy & Foodstuff Company as a Juice Mixing and Process Operator. In 2009, they joined Baxter Company Limited as a Production Supervisor, overseeing the filling and packing line operations and ensuring compliance with GMP. Elmer then moved on to become the Head of Packaging Operation at Arab Company for Pharmaceutical Products ARABIO in 2014. In this role, they were responsible for both manual and automated packaging for various pharmaceutical products. Throughout their career, Elmer demonstrated strong leadership skills and attention to detail in managing production processes and ensuring product quality.
