Haneen Alghamdi

Haneen AlGhamdi is an accomplished HR and project management professional with extensive experience at Saudi Aramco since December 2013, currently serving as the Manager of Admin Area Planning & Performance. Previous roles at Aramco include Head of Human Resources, Head of Training and Development, and various positions focused on operational excellence and human resources. Haneen has also worked with KONE Corporation as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and served as Assistant HR Manager at Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Company, along with an HR Officer role at AECOM. Haneen holds a Master’s degree in Finance from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from King AbdulAziz University.
