Jenelle Curtis

Workshop Facilitator at Arbinger Institute

Jenelle Curtis has a long and varied work experience. Jenelle began their career in 2003 as a Supervisor at Anasazi Foundation, where they coordinated communications and logistics for up to 20 groups living primitively in the wilderness and supervised the well-being of staff and participants. Jenelle then moved to Church Education Systems in 2005, where they developed and started a volunteer program for high risk youth on the Salt River Pima Reservation. In 2006, they took up a role as Director/Supervisor/Sales Trainer/Dance Instructor at Arthur Murray International, where they were sought after for their creative teaching styles. In 2007, they Co-Founded Youth Dance Ballroom and effectively reached the goals of affordable and obtainable youth dance awareness, instruction and performance with strong community outreach. In 2009, they returned to Anasazi Foundation as a Professional Behavioral Health Technician, where they were the first responder to the crisis: behavioral, medical, and environmental. In 2012, they became Director at Trail Blazer Camps, where they lead all camp operations during the summer and recruited, hired, trained, and managed a staff body of 70 people. Finally, in 2017, they joined FAO as a Project Specialist, where they were recruited to organize a global initiative for 150 countries to improve and standardize fix asset management. In 2019, they began working as a Workshop Facilitator at The Arbinger Institute.

Jenelle Curtis has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Sociology from Brigham Young University (1999-2001), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Central European University (2015-2016), and a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance, General from Central European University (2016-2017).
