Jessica Deal

Jessica Deal is an experienced Learning and Development Manager currently working at Eidra since June 2022, where the focus is on enabling conscious and lasting change for leaders. Prior roles include Digital Learning Specialist at QueensLab, contributing as an Instructional Designer for Volvo Group University's leadership program, and Digital Learning Experience Designer at Trustly, developing onboarding learning journeys. Jessica has also served as Project Manager for Digital Learning at Dometic, laying the groundwork for continuous learning during a digital transformation, and Project Manager and Learning Designer at Wisebee, overseeing strategic digital content development.
