Daniel W. has worked in various roles in the past 13 years. In 2019, they started as a Senior Product Manager at AREX Markets, where they oversaw the whole sell-side vertical of the product, managed one direct report, and created a roadmap and plan to develop two new products. Prior to this, they were a Product Manager at AREX Markets, where they led one feature squad, established quarterly OKRs and roadmaps, and achieved to meet tight schedules and ambitious goals. Daniel was also an Associate Product Manager, Business Development Officer, and Client Manager at AREX Markets. Before that, they were Self Employed, offering freelance consulting services, website development, and sales and marketing campaigns for various companies in Spain and Morocco, and co-founding a small sports tech product and start-up. Daniel also worked as a Representative for ÁIGI and as a Technical Specialist for Seiko Epson Corporation, Japan and NTT DATA Services. Additionally, they were a Business Development Associate at the Helsinki Self Defence School.

Daniel W. has a diverse educational background. In 2021, they obtained a Professional RegTech Certificate from FinTech Global in the field of Regulatory Technologies. In 2020, they completed a Master in Digital Product Management from Nuclio Digital School. From 2014 to 2015, they were at the Kisakallio Sports Institute, where they obtained a Professional Coach degree in Sports Business Management. From 2011 to 2012, they attended NLP Akatemia Oy and obtained a Master Practitioner in NLP - Influential Sales. From 2007 to 2010, they completed the Finnish Matriculation Examination (baccalaureate) at Ressun lukio, studying English, Finnish, Swedish, mathematics, social studies, psychology, and IT. Additionally, in 2021 they obtained a Verified Certificate for Modern Product Leadership from the University of Maryland.
