Michael McKenna

Michael "Ryan" McKenna has a strong background in operations management, particularly in client support and compliance. Michael "Ryan" started their career in 2004 as an Agent/Supervisor at TeleTech and worked there until 2009. After that, they joined Transcom as a Team Lead from 2009 to 2011. Michael "Ryan" then moved to Alpine Access as a Team Manager for a brief period before joining One Touch Direct as a Team Manager in 2011. In 2012, they began working at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc., first as a Performance Compliance Lead (Operations Manager) until 2014 and then as a Senior Performance Compliance Lead (Senior Ops Manager), a role they currently hold. In their roles at Arise, they demonstrated skills in client support, new client launch implementation, budget management, performance analysis, and contract compliance. Michael "Ryan" also mentored and coached team members, built detailed reports, and maintained strong relationships with clients.
