Kristen Britt

Kristen Britt, MBA, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, specifically in leadership roles. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of People & Culture at Aristocrat since August 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Hard Rock Digital from July 2021 to October 2021. Kristen also worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Churchill Downs Incorporated from May 2018 to June 2021. Before this, they were the Senior Director of Human Resources at Churchill Downs Interactive from October 2014 to May 2018. Kristen has a long history with Churchill Downs Incorporated, starting as an HR Generalist in 2005, and later progressing to become the Director of Human Resources from an unknown start date to January 2012, and then the Senior Director of Human Resources from January 2012 to October 2014. Kristen's diverse experience in various HR leadership roles makes their a valuable asset to any organization.

Kristen Britt, MBA, PHR holds a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Indiana University Southeast (2006-2008) and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Western Kentucky University (2001-2005). Kristen is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
