Angela Smith

Angela Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Angela is currently employed as the Director of the Value Management Office at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Prior to this role, Angela worked as a Program Manager in the CIO Office and as a Learning and Organizational Development Consultant at the same company. Angela also served as a Supervisor in HIN Consumer Outreach and Education.

Before joining Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Angela owned and operated their own coaching business called Fit-4-You Coaching. Angela also gained experience as an Organizational Development Consultant and Academic Researcher at Gundersen Health System. Additionally, Angela worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Viterbo University and had roles as a Track and Field Coach and a Science Educator at the School District of La Crosse.

Angela Smith holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Viterbo University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology and Secondary Education at Viterbo University from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, Angela Smith has obtained various certifications including Certified SAFe® 6 Release Train Engineer, Certified SAFe® 6 Lean Portfolio Manager, Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist, Power BI: Dashboards for Beginners, Talent Management, Leading with Emotional Intelligence, and Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant.
