Dr. Jenn Ballard is a State Wildlife Veterinarian/Assistant Chief (Research) at Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. Prior to their current role, Dr. Jenn served as a Veterinary Medical Officer at U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, providing veterinary technical support for disease planning and response. Dr. Ballard also worked as a Wildlife Disease Diagnostician at The University of Georgia, conducting post-mortem examinations of wildlife for state and federal conservation agencies. With a PhD in Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences, a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, and a Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and Wildlife Biology, Dr. Ballard brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their work in wildlife conservation.
