Jingwen Chen

Jingwen Chen currently serves as a Corporate Senior Analytical Chemist at 3M since December 2023, while also holding the position of Senior Scientist at Pace Analytical Life Sciences since August 2021 and R&D Scientist and Project Manager at ARL Bio Pharma since August 2019. Previous experience includes a volunteer role at Day Break Pregnancy Crisis Center from 2013 to 2019, and a Research Associate position at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine from 2015 to 2016. Education was completed at Nanjing Tech University, where Jingwen earned a Ph.D. in chemical engineering focusing on membrane separation and lignocellulosic ethanol. Other notable roles include a Graduate Research Associate position at Nanjing University of Technology and various roles in technical support and analysis in earlier positions at Jiangsu Tiankai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and the Jiangsu Environmental Monitoring Agency.
