Jennifer Biehl

Salesforce Administrator at Arlington Economic Development

Jennifer Biehl has been working in the Arlington County government since July 2019, first as an Events and Meetings Manager and more recently as a Salesforce Administrator. In their current role, they are responsible for managing user accounts, creating and updating custom objects, validation rules, workflows, triggers, reports, dashboards, formula fields and assignment rules, Zapier plug-integrations, data uploads and data cleaning. Jennifer is also the Salesforce Project Lead for Arlington Economic Development's GRANT 2.0 program.

Prior to their work in the Arlington County government, Jennifer Biehl worked in customer service and event planning. Jennifer has a strong background in both areas, and brings their expertise to their current role in supporting commissions for outside groups and providing detail oriented operational and program support for meetings and events.

Jennifer Biehl received a Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) in Theatre Technology from Kent State University and a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design from International Academy of Design and Technology-Detroit.

Jennifer Biehl reports to Ifiok Ibanga, Resource Manager, Operations. They are on a team with Lorena Rodriguez - Operations Support Manager, Mike Powell - Business System Analyst, and Rebecca Graham - Management & Budget Specialist.
