Chris Madsen

Chris Madsen has a diverse work experience, spanning over two decades. Chris began their career in 1999 as an Operations Manager at Stream Global Services, where they successfully managed operations for several years. In 2004, Chris joined Source One Asia as the Director of Operations, overseeing daily operations until 2005. Chris then joined VTech, where they held various roles, including Director of End User Support and Senior Director of Operations. During their time at VTech, Chris was responsible for managing a 120-seat outsourced technical support call center in the Philippines and leading a team of eight direct reports at the corporate office in Beaverton, Oregon. In 2019, Chris joined Arlo Technologies, Inc. as the Senior Director of Customer Care, where they currently hold a leadership role.

Chris Madsen completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from George Fox University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Oregon State University where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication and Media Studies.
