ASHRAFUL HUDA

Ashraful Huda has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. ASHRAFUL is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at Arogga, where they handle employment relations issues. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Officer at iDE Bangladesh, where they were responsible for recruitment processes and assisting the HR manager. ASHRAFUL also has experience as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Rangs Group, Senior Executive Human Resources at Runner Group and Matador Group, and HR Executive at Runner Group and Matador Group. Additionally, they completed an internship at South Bangla Agriculture & Commerce Bank Limited, where they provided assistance in building the organogram and JD of the company. ASHRAFUL also worked as a Brand Ambassador at Philip Morris International, promoting brand names and representing the company in a positive way.

Ashraful Huda's education history begins in 2011 when they enrolled in ASA University and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in HRM in 2015. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management at ASA University Bangladesh from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they attended the Institute of Business Administration, Dhaka University for a Professional Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM).

Continuing their education, Ashraful Huda pursued a Master's of Professional HRM at the University of Dhaka from 2017 to 2019, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.

To further enhance their knowledge and skills, Ashraful Huda obtained several certifications. In 2021, they completed a certification in Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn. In 2020, they acquired a Diploma in Human Resource (HR) from Alison - Free Online Learning and completed a course on Modern Human Resource Management - Training and Induction - Revised, also from Alison. Additionally, in 2020, they obtained a certification in Communication and Interpersonal skill at the workplace from FutureLearn.
