Lauren Bonheim, ACC

Lauren Bonheim, ACC has held various positions since 2012. In that year, they began as an International Public Relations Intern for Michael Kors, followed by a Marketing and Public Relations Intern for Blue Stripe Public Relations. In 2013, they were an English Teacher for Comunidad de Madrid, and in 2014, a Social Media Manager for Devour Spain. In 2015, they were an Inside Sales Rep for ScanSource, followed by an English Language Assistant for EducaUC S.A. in 2016. In 2017, they became a Digital Marketing Director for PropertySimple, and in 2019, they held the same role for Mana Money School. Most recently, they have been a Transformational Life, Career and Expat Coach since 2019, and since 2021, they have been the Director of Coaching for Arootah, managing a team of 80+ contract Executive, Career, Leadership, and Life Coaches. In this role, they also coach Arootah clients and team members, reviews existing operations, assists with talent acquisition, and oversees the development of coaching products and services.

Lauren Bonheim obtained their High School Diploma from Riverhead High School in 2009. Lauren then attended the University of Delaware, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Interpersonal Communication/Advertising in 2013. During their time at the University of Delaware, they also attended the International Institute Madrid in 2011 to study Spanish Language and Literature. In 2020, they obtained their Life Coach Certification from Inner Glow Circle. In 2021, they obtained their Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation. Lauren also holds a TEFL/TESOL certification.
