Andrew Covert

In 2022, Andrew "Andy" Covert was promoted to Executive Vice President for Operations for ARServices. Andy supports service delivery for ARServices’ three lines of business: research and development support services, business transformation services, and integrated logistics services.

Before his promotion, Andy previously served as Vice President of Business Transformation Services (BTS) pillar. He has been with the company for over six years, and prior to joining ARServices in 2015 as a Project Manager, he proudly served in the Navy for 26 years as a CH and MH-53E helicopter pilot, retiring at the rank of Captain. His Navy assignments included the OPNAV staff and Joint Staff in the Pentagon as well as Commanding Officer of Helicopter Mine Countermeasures Squadron 14 (HM-14) and Commanding Officer of Naval Air Facility Washington, DC.

Andy has a bachelor’s degree in Nautical Science from Maine Maritime Academy and a Master of Arts degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the United States Naval War College.
