Amee Shah steers Artemis Consulting’s growth and talent management. She is a seasoned executive with deep experience developing fledgling business units and small businesses. Amee believes an organization’s resiliency is directly linked to its culture and core values. Amee has considerable experience in fostering business partnerships and is an expert in program management, organizational transformation and process improvement. Amee has previously worked with IBM, MorganFranklin and SRA International. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with a Bachelor’s degree from Mount Holyoke College, a Master’s degree in International Relations from The American University, and a Masters of Business Administration from the Robert H. Smith School at the University of Maryland.
Before joining the AALEAD Advisory Board, she served as the Member of the AALEAD Board of Directors for four years. She is a strong supporter of the Girl Scouts of the National Capital Area, leading and co-leading troops for many years.
