Kumar Venkatraman

Kumar Venkatraman serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCoE-India) since January 2022. Prior to this role, Kumar took a break for personal pursuits from April 2020 to December 2021 and held significant positions at several organizations, including Senior Vice President of People & Performance at DAMAC Properties from May 2019 to March 2020, and Senior Vice President of HR for APAC & India at First Advantage from October 2014 to April 2019. Kumar's career also includes leadership in HR roles at Hewlett-Packard, GENPACT (following its acquisition of Symphony Marketing Solutions), Symphony Marketing Solutions, Symphony Services Corporation, Scope International, and Servion Global Solutions. Kumar holds a Master's degree in Social Work, specializing in Human Resources from the University of Madras, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from D.G. Vaishnav College, University of Madras.
