Cristina Coolidge has extensive experience in various roles throughout their career. Cristina began their career as a Senior IT Auditor at Ernst & Young, where they performed audits and evaluated controls to mitigate risks. Cristina then worked as a Fitness Instructor at LA Fitness and as an Adjunct Professor at Susquehanna University.

After that, Coolidge transitioned into the healthcare industry, starting as a Senior Information Systems Auditor at Capital Blue Cross. Cristina later served as a Project Manager II, leading cross-functional teams and executing projects within defined timeframes. Coolidge then took on roles as a Manager in Health Care Reform Implementation and Business Development, where they managed projects and implemented new initiatives.

Coolidge continued to progress in their career at Capital Blue Cross, becoming the Director of Corporate Planning & Strategy Management and later the Vice President of Corporate Planning & Business Support. In these roles, they worked closely with the senior executive team to develop strategic goals and plans for the company.

Most recently, Coolidge held the positions of Senior Director of Total Rewards & Talent Analytics and Vice President of Total Rewards and Talent Analytics at Capital Blue Cross. In these roles, they led the design and implementation of the company's total rewards philosophy and strategy, as well as developed strategies for acquiring and retaining top talent.

Throughout their career, Coolidge has demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills, along with a focus on optimizing processes, technology, and culture to drive business performance.

Cristina Coolidge obtained their Masters of Strategic Leadership from Elizabethtown College from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business - Finance/Information Systems at Susquehanna University between 2000 and 2004. Their high school education was completed at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional High School from 1996 to 2000.
