Vera Shinsky

Vera Shinsky has a decade of experience in the medical device industry. Vera began their career in 1998 as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Silicon Graphics, Inc. In 2001, they moved to Acorn Product Development as a Mechanical Engineer. In 2005, they joined St. Jude Medical, Inc as a Senior R&D Engineer. In 2009, they moved to Concentric Medical as a Sr. R&D Engineer. In 2014, they joined Silk Road Medical, Inc as a Principal Engineer. In 2016, they moved to Route 92 Medical as a Project Manager and to Medtronic (Medina) as a Project Manager. Currently, they are a Sr. Director of Technology at Artio Medical and a Director of Technology at Metactive Medical.

Vera Shinsky attended Stanford University from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Product Design, respectively. Vera also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Stanford University between 1996 and 2000.
