Maria-Lyn (ML) Cauthorn

Maria-Lyn (ML) Cauthorn Vitou has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Maria-Lyn (ML) (Cauthorn) most recently worked at Artisight as the Director of Client Success, starting in 2023. Before that, they worked at Butterfly Network, Inc. from 2021 to 2023, first as a Manager in Client Success, where they led and motivated a team of Enterprise Client Success Managers and managed key flagship accounts. Maria-Lyn (ML) (Cauthorn) also developed strategies and implemented cross-functional processes to drive organizational priorities. Prior to their managerial role, they worked as an Enterprise Client Success Manager.

From 2016 to 2021, ML worked at GE Healthcare, holding various positions. Maria-Lyn (ML) (Cauthorn) started as an Anesthesia & Respiratory Care Sales Account Manager, where they successfully sold equipment and improved GE's relationship with healthcare professionals in Middle and West Tennessee. Maria-Lyn (ML) (Cauthorn) later transitioned to the role of Enterprise Care Solutions Sales Account Manager, where they exceeded sales targets and rebuilt relationships with healthcare leaders in East Tennessee. ML also completed the Commercial Leadership Program at GE Healthcare, where they gained in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and spearheaded a solutions engineering project.

ML began their career at UF Health as a Management Engineering Associate in 2015 and had an internship at Chubb Insurance in Sales Operations and Marketing in 2014. Overall, ML has demonstrated expertise in client success, sales, and building relationships in various healthcare-related roles.

Maria-Lyn (ML) Cauthorn Vitou completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida. Maria-Lyn (ML) (Cauthorn) attended the university from 2011 to 2016 and also pursued minors in Business Administration and Sales Engineering.
