Craig Ashcroft

Craig Ashcroft is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organizational design, employee relations, and business partnering across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Arts Council England since October 2019, Craig leads the HR strategy for the North region and head office, driving culture change and managing complex casework. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at The Growth Company, where Craig managed TUPE transfers and organizational change, and HR Consultant positions at The Co-operative Bank plc and Manchester Metropolitan University, focusing on HR efficiency and restructuring.
