Jordan Saunders MCIPD has over 17 years of work experience in HR across various industries and roles.

Starting in 2003, Jordan worked as a Personnel Assistant at Renfrewshire Leisure Limited for three years. Following this, in 2006, Jordan worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Hudson for four months before moving on to a role as an HR Assistant at Three.

In 2007, Jordan joined Langside College Glasgow, where they worked as an HR Generalist for over five years.

In 2012, Jordan became an HR Business Partner at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland Limited, a role that they held for just over a year.

Next, in 2013, Jordan joined Momentum Scotland as a Head of Human Resources, where they stayed for almost three years.

In 2016, Jordan joined Spark of Genius (Training) Ltd. as the Head of Human Resources before transitioning to self-employment in 2017 as an HR Consultant, providing HR advice and support to businesses in sectors such as hospitality, retail, education, and care.

Also in 2017, Jordan started working at Arvato Financial Solutions, first as a Senior Human Resources Manager on an interim basis and then as an HR Business Partner. In 2018, Jordan became an HR Manager and later took on the role of Head of Human Resources and Learning in February 2019, where they currently work.

Throughout their career, Jordan has gained experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, TUPE transfers, and managing HR teams. Jordan has demonstrated their ability to support both contact center and field-based services, as well as large employee populations ranging from 400 to 600 employees.

Jordan Saunders MCIPD attended The High School of Glasgow from 1987 to 1999. After completing high school, they went on to study at the University of Glasgow from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with a focus on Law. Continuing their education, Jordan attended the University of Strathclyde from 2004 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. They furthered their studies at Glasgow Caledonian University from 2010 to 2012, receiving a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Most recently, in 2019 to 2020, Jordan pursued additional education at the City of Glasgow College, completing the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
