J'Enderson Xiong

J'Enderson Xiong has a diverse work experience in various technical roles. Currently, they are working as a Network Operations Center Technician at Arvig since July 2022. Previously, they worked as a Service Desk Analyst at Fairview Health Services from March 2019 to March 2020. Before that, they worked as a CS Tech at Data Recognition Corporation from November 2018 to March 2019, where they provided end-user support for proprietary software and web applications. J'Enderson also has experience as a Technical Support Analyst at Allina Health from January 2016 to December 2016, where they provided technical support for company website and applications. J'Enderson started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Korpartners from March 2014 to December 2015, where they processed underground utility locate requests and mentored new team members. J'Enderson has demonstrated expertise in technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service throughout their career.

J'Enderson Xiong began their education in 2014 by pursuing an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Information Systems at Century College. J'Enderson completed this program in 2016. Following this, they went on to enroll at Metro State University in 2016 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Technology in 2019.

In addition to their academic degrees, J'Enderson Xiong has also obtained two certifications. In December 2015, they earned the Linux Essentials certification from the Linux Professional Institute (LPI). Later, in April 2022, they obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification from Cisco.
