Ivan Witt

Ivan was appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary of ASC in November 2019. As Company Secretary, he is responsible for the efficient administration of the company and its subsidiaries, particularly in relation to corporate governance, regulatory compliance and for ensuring that decisions of the Board of Directors are implemented.

In his General Counsel role, he is responsible for the provision of strategic legal advice to management and the leadership of the commercial legal team including export controls and workers' compensation.

Prior to joining ASC, Ivan's career has spanned the shipping, transport, logistics, hospitality and resources industries. Additionally, he is a serving Captain in the Royal Australian Naval Reserves.
