George Thompson Cfs

George Thompson cfs is a qualified helicopter instructor with extensive experience in aviation and military training. Currently serving as a Qualified Helicopter Instructor at Ascent Flight Training since December 2021, George has a notable background with the Royal Navy from September 2001 to November 2021, where roles included A2 Qualified Helicopter Instructor, Instrument Rating Instructor, and various leadership positions such as Flight Commander and Maritime Development Officer. George has demonstrated expertise as a Lynx Mk3 and Mk8 pilot, participating in counter narcotics and disaster relief operations in the Caribbean and Falkland Islands.
