Nancy Parks

Nancy Parks is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Ascential, with a tenure beginning in December 2017, and also holding the position of Chief People Officer for Ascential Futures. Nancy has previously been the VP of People & Executive Coach within the Retail and Financial Services Division and has contributed as a People Director. In 2021, Nancy participated in the Roundtable Conversations organized by The Black British Network, aimed at fostering dialogue within the Black community. Prior to Ascential, Nancy spent a decade at Tesco PLC, where roles included Head of HR for the General Merchandise Division, Academy Operations Manager, and Finance Manager for Internal Audit. Additional experience includes serving as Investment Manager at Whitbread Plc and Corporate Tax Assistant Manager at Deloitte. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Maths & Statistics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and completed secondary education at St Albans Girls School.
