Bill Schaffer

Bill Schaffer has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Bill started their career at Westinghouse Electric Company in 2006, where they served as a Principal Project Engineer, Electrical. In this role, they led the electrical engineering design of the AP1000 nuclear power plant fuel handling equipment and multiple overhead cranes. Bill excelled in designing electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel assemblies, control consoles, and electrical installation drawings. Additionally, they authored various documents such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEAs), installation procedures, operation and maintenance manuals, and design specifications.

In 2016, Bill joined Aero Systems Engineering as a Senior/Lead Controls and Instrumentation Engineer. Bill later moved into the role of Controls Engineering Manager in September 2022. The duration of their current role is unknown.
