Connie Hale Willis, CPA, CGMA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2001, they served as a Cheerleading Coach and substitute teacher for Ravenscroft School in Raleigh, NC. After that, from 2006 to 2010, they worked as the Secretary/Treasurer and Finance Director at CapFinancial Group, Inc., managing the accounting/finance department and legal department. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the CFO for Unified Financial Services, Inc. and Unified Trust Company. Connie then joined Keeneland Association in 2012 as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, where they were responsible for all accounting and finance aspects, and oversaw major projects such as hosting the 2015 Breeders' Cup and opening a new racing venue. In 2016, they became the Chief Financial Officer for Big Ass Fans, leading the accounting and finance team through a successful GAAP audit and preparing the company for sale. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Chief Financial Officer of S&S Firestone Tire Company before taking on the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director at Gainesway and Muir Station Capital from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Ashbourne Farms since April 2023.
