Michael Lepore, CFA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting their career at Nationwide Insurance as a Derivatives Accounting Intern in 2008, they then moved to Ernst & Young as a Tax Intern and later as a Valuation & Business Modeling Analyst. In 2009, they worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Robert W. Baird & Co. From 2010 to 2013, Michael returned to Ernst & Young, this time as a Valuation & Business Modeling Senior Analyst. Michael then joined Chart Industries, Inc. in 2013, where they held positions such as Corporate Development Analyst, Senior Analyst in Corporate Development & Strategy, and Manager of Corporate Finance. In 2017, Michael joined Ashland, where they assumed roles in Corporate Development, Operations Finance Management, and Business Unit CFO for the Specialty Additives & Intermediates division. Currently, they serve as the Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at Ashland.
Michael Lepore, CFA earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2010. Additionally, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder designation from the CFA Institute in 2014. Michael also holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - inactive designation from the Accountancy Board of Ohio.
