Robin W. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 1997, they started as a Congressional Aide for the United States House of Representatives and later transitioned to an Associate Research Analyst for the State of Washington in 1999. In 2001, they joined Starbucks Coffee Company and held various positions, including Assistant Manager, Shift Supervisor, Store Manager, and District Manager. In 2009, they began working for Target as a Human Resources - Executive Team Lead (HR Manager) until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, Robin W. worked as a Human Resources Manager for The Millard Group and later as a Field Human Resources Manager for Potbelly Sandwich Works. Their career then took them to Tesla, where they held multiple HR roles, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Manager, Senior Manager, and Director. During their time at Tesla, they led a team of HR professionals, provided support for various operations and leadership functions, and played a key role in new market entry strategy and execution. Currently, Robin W. holds the position of Vice President of People & Culture at Ashling Partners, starting in 2022.
Robin W. has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics & Government and Economics from the University of Puget Sound. Additionally, Robin has a Certificate in Professional in Human Resources from DePaul University. In 2011, Robin obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
