Zac Roy

Zac Roy has extensive work experience in the field of automation and technology. Zac started their career in 2011 as an IT Field Engineer at CareTech Solutions, where they worked for two years. Following that, they took on the role of IT Field Engineer at the same company for another year. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of PULSE Network Build and Design Admin/RPA Lead at CareTech Solutions, where they worked until 2019. During their time there, Zac also served as an Automation Specialist from 2017 to 2019, where they identified and tested products, self-taught and implemented processes, and built scripts for task processing.

Since 2019, Zac has been working at Ashling Partners. Zac first served as a Senior Consultant in Intelligent Automation, and later moved on to become the Director of AI/ML/IDP in May 2020. Zac'swork at Ashling Partners involves leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning, and intelligent document processing to drive automation and efficiency in business operations.

Zac Roy has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Michigan-Flint, which they obtained from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, they attended Grand Valley State University where they studied Accounting and Finance. In addition to their formal education, Zac has also obtained certifications in ABBYY FlexiCapture for Invoices from ABBYY in October 2019, and UiPath Security from UiPath RPA, Test Automation, DevOps Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in May 2019.
