Tj Castro Lim

TJ Castro Lim currently serves as the Head of Digital Platforms for the Private Bank at J.P. Morgan, a position held since December 2021. In addition, TJ is an Executive Representative for the Technology and Innovation Council at Asia Society, where engagement with senior-level executives focuses on technology and innovation. Prior to J.P. Morgan, TJ was the Global Co-Head of Product in Private Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs, and led the Digital Lab at UBS, pioneering digital innovation for Wealth Management USA. TJ's earlier experience includes being the Investment Research Product Lead at Fidelity Investments. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School and a BA in Sociology with International Studies from Yale University.
