Patrick Fong

Patrick Fong is a legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory frameworks and policy implementation within Australia's financial services sector. Fong has been part of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) since November 2018, serving in various capacities, including roles in the Regulatory Reform and Implementation team, the Insurers team, and the Licensing team. Prior to ASIC, Fong worked at the Law Institute of Victoria as a Policy Officer and held positions as a Paralegal and Legal Intern in the Legal Policy Department.
