Karen Hager, SHRM-CP

Karen Hager, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Karen is currently employed at ASICS Digital as an Associate Director of People Operations, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, Karen was a People Operations Generalist at ASICS Digital from January 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining ASICS Digital, Karen worked at ATOM as an HR & Operations Manager from February 2017 to December 2020. Karen also has experience in human resources and administration, having served as a Human Resources Generalist at AgaMatrix from April 2013 to February 2017 and an Office Administrator at AgaMatrix from December 2010 to March 2013.

In addition to their work in the corporate sector, Karen has also contributed their skills to non-profit organizations. Karen served as the Treasurer for The Molly Rowlee Fund, Inc. from September 2010 to July 2012.

Early in their career, Karen gained valuable experience through temporary assignments. Karen worked as a Temporary Administrative Professional at McIntosh Staffing Resources, providing support to the Human Resources department and Executive Management at AgaMatrix, Inc. in Salem, NH, from October 2010 to December 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Temporary Accounting Professional at Accountemps in September 2010.

Karen's professional journey began in 2006 at Armstrong Asset Management, where they served as a Finance Manager until January 2010.

Through their varied roles, Karen has developed a strong skill set in people operations, HR management, finance, and administration. Their experience in both corporate and non-profit settings demonstrates their adaptability and commitment to making meaningful contributions in diverse work environments.

Karen Hager, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Karen also has an Associate Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from McIntosh College. Additionally, Karen obtained their SHRM, CP certification from SHRM in July 2015.
