Szilvia Kiriakov

Szilvia Kiriakov has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Szilvia began their career as a Bachelor Thesis student at SOLVO Biotechnology from June 2007 to August 2008. Szilvia then worked on their Master Thesis at Gedeon Richter Plc. Hungary from January 2010 to May 2011. Afterward, they joined Boston University in February 2012, where they held multiple positions including Laboratory Safety Coordinator from April 2012 to September 2017 and Biology Graduate Student Association Secretary from September 2012 to September 2013. Szilvia also worked as a PhD student from February 2012 to May 2018, a Flow Cytometer Manager from June 2012 to August 2018, and a Postdoctoral Associate from May 2018 to June 2019.

In 2019, Szilvia joined Axcella as an Automation Engineer and Data Scientist, where they worked until February 2021.
