Shania Hayward

Shania Hayward is a Research and Development Scientist at ASK Chemicals, with experience dating back to May 2016 in various research roles in organic chemistry. Academic tenure includes roles as a Graduate Student in Organic Chemistry Research at The Ohio State University, where Shania focused on C-H functionalization methodologies utilizing photocatalysis, and a Research Associate at Le Moyne College, specializing in greener workflows for curcuminoid synthesis. Additional research experience includes a position as an NSF-REU Organic Chemistry Research Associate at Syracuse University, mentoring through CNY STEM, and leadership as a counselor at Skidmore College.
