Julia Boyd

Julia Boyd has a strong background in operations management and continuous improvement. Their most recent role was as the Director of US Operations at ASOS.com. Before that, they served as the Site Director at Radial Inc. and the Senior Director of Central Operations at thredUP. Additionally, they held leadership positions at Wayfair, Owens & Minor, DJO, Videojet Technologies, UPS Supply Chain Solutions, and Select Industries Corp. throughout their career. Their roles included Site Director, General Manager, Regional Director Lean Continuous Improvement, Director of Distribution, VAE Leader, Materials Manager, Obsolescence Manager, Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer Supervisor, and Lean Manufacturing Engineer. Julia has consistently demonstrated expertise in improving operational efficiency and driving organizational success.

Julia Boyd has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology from the University of Dayton. Julia also holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology from Sinclair Community College. In addition, they have received a certification as a Six Sigma Lean Green Belt from Sinclair Community College. Julia further pursued their education at DePaul University, where they obtained a certification as an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional.
