Mohamed El Shafie

Mohamed El Shafie has a diverse work experience in the field of talent management and learning & development. Mohamed co-founded and worked as a director and consultant at Assess Talent Management, where they provided talent management solutions and lead the talent management team. Mohamed also worked as a part-time management instructor at the American University in Cairo and as a freelance corporate trainer. In their role as the Learning & Development Manager at Palm Hills Developments, they conducted training needs assessment and designed organizational learning strategies. As the Learning & Development Senior Specialist at Edita Food Industries, they developed various learning and development programs and established internal functional academies. Additionally, they worked as a Learning & Development Senior Associate at BNP Paribas, where they trained and coached bank staff and managed talent acquisition and talent management programs.

Mohamed El Shafie has an extensive education history. In 2001, they obtained a LL.B degree in Law from Cairo University. Mohamed further pursued their studies and earned a LL.M degree in International & Comparative Law from The American University in Cairo in 2011. In 2012, Mohamed attended the Egyptian Banking Institute (EBI) and received a Certificate of Instructional Designer & Training Delivery, focusing on Training & Development. In 2013, they gained a Certificate of Assessment from SHL, CEB. UK, specializing in Physic-metric Assessment. Continuing their education in the field of psychometric assessment, they completed a Certification of Assessment Center Design from SHL, CEB. UK in 2015. The same year, Mohamed attended the MBTI Business Training Institute and became a certified MBTI Practitioner, specializing in Personality Assessment.
