Mathew Eberius

Mathew Eberius has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Mathew has worked as a Senior Vice President at Associa Gulf Coast, where they led and mentored a team serving homeowners on Florida's west coast. Prior to this, they served as Vice President at CCMC. Mathew also worked as a Capital Projects Manager for Parks at Pinellas County Government, and as a Director of Community Services & General Manager at Arch Amenities Group. Earlier in their career, Mathew held positions in the recreation division at Palm Harbor Parks and Recreation and in community relations and gameday operations at the Toronto Blue Jays.

Mathew Eberius has a background in organizational leadership, having attended the University of Oklahoma. Mathew also obtained a real estate license and a license for community association management from the Bob Hogue School of Real Estate. In addition to their education, Mathew has earned certifications such as the Association Management Specialist (AMS) from the Community Associations Institute and the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). Mathew also holds a certification as a Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP) from the National Recreation and Park Association. Furthermore, Mathew has completed training in the Incident Command System from FEMA.
