Tim Reed's work experience includes several roles in various companies. Tim started their career as a Software Engineer at Berkshire Group LP in 2013 and worked there until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Staff Accountant at the Chicago Bears. Tim then joined the Chicago Meat Authority, where they held the positions of Special Projects Manager from 2016 to 2017 and Continuous Improvement Manager from 2017 to 2019. After that, they worked as a Product Strategy Consultant at Kin + Carta from 2019 to 2021. Tim then joined Amount as an Implementation Specialist from 2021 to 2022. From 2022 to 2023, they worked at Thoughtworks as a Lead Technical Product Manager and later as the Director of Client Services - Banking, Financial Services & Insurance, NA. Currently, they are the Director of Client Services at Astreya, starting in 2023.

Tim Reed graduated from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in Finance & Economics with a minor in Informatics. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in July 2019.
