Robin Hunter

Robin Hunter, SPHR has extensive work experience in human resources. They currently hold the position of Human Resources Director at Astrobotic, where they develop advanced navigation, operation, and computing systems for spacecraft. They have also held the role of Director of Human Resources at Orbital Engineering, Inc. and Senior Manager of HR & Labor Relations at Groupe SEB. Additionally, Robin has served as Director of Human Resources at CNX Resources Corporation, Director-Human Resources at CONSOL Energy, and Manager-Human Resources at United States Steel Corporation. They have also worked as the Compensation Team Lead at Talisman Energy USA and as an Officer and Sr Compensation Analyst at PNC Bank. Robin has demonstrated expertise in compensation analysis, pay for performance strategies, and advising business leaders on best practices.

Robin Hunter, SPHR, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Saint Mary's College in 2001. The degree focused on Business/Corporate Communications, International Studies, and Business Finance. In 2010, Robin obtained the Senior Professional Human Resources certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Additionally, in 2013, Robin became a DDI Facilitator, although the institution where the certification was obtained is unknown.
