Carmela Sais

Carmela Sais has extensive work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Carmela is currently serving as the Vice President - Head of Recruitment at Athena, where they hire and trains executive assistants. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President for Recruitment at TaskUs, where they led recruitment operations and expanded the organization. Carmela has also held leadership roles in recruitment at C3 CustomerContactChannels Philippines Ltd., JPMorgan Chase & Co., Alorica (Pacific Region), TTEC, and Nordstrom Inc. Carmela has successfully managed talent acquisition strategies, built strong teams, and opened new stores and distribution centers.

Carmela Sais attended the University of the Philippines from 1979 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a major in Business Management.
