Cheryl Palser

Cheryl Palser has a diverse and extensive work experience in supply chain management and engineering. Cheryl currently serves as the Senior Director of Supply Chain at Athira Pharma since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as the Director of Supply Chain from July 2019 to February 2022. Cheryl also held the position of Associate Director of Supply Chain at Alkermes from March 2015 to July 2019. Before transitioning into supply chain roles, Cheryl worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals and Barr Laboratories (acquired by Teva) in various project management and engineering positions from 2005 to 2015. Cheryl began their professional career as an Environmental Engineer at the US Environmental Protection Agency from 2002 to 2004. Cheryl's expertise lies in supply chain management, project management, process validation, and environmental engineering.

Cheryl Palser holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, which they obtained from 2000 to 2005. Cheryl then pursued an MBA in Operations Management from the same university, completing it from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, Cheryl has obtained certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Accenture and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2010 and 2012, respectively.
