Katrina Dantism has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Katrina started their career in 2009 as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., where they worked until 2015. Katrina then joined the American Red Cross, where they held positions as an Event Planner from 2015 to 2017 and as a Sr. Brand Marketing Associate from 2017 to 2019. Since 2019, Katrina has been working at Atlanta Mission, initially as the Partnerships, Integration and Engagement Manager, later becoming the Director of Partnerships and Volunteer Services, and currently serving as the Director of Program Support Services.
From 2007 to 2011, Katrina Dantism attended Johnson & Wales University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management.
