Brian McCormack

Vice President Operations at Atlas Restaurant Group

Brian McCormack has a diverse work experience in the food and hospitality industry. Brian started their career as an Assistant General Manager at Green Spring Valley Hunt Club in 2006 and worked there until 2013. Brian then became a General Manager at Tarks Grill from November 2013 to June 2014. In 2014, they joined Ouzo Bay Restaurant as a General Manager and worked there until their current position. Since 2017, Brian has been serving as the Vice President of Operations at Atlas Restaurant Group.

Brian McCormack attended the University of Delaware from 2002 to 2006. During this time, they studied Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management. Brian also obtained a degree in Hotel Restaurant and Institutional Management (HRIM) with a specialization in Hospitality Management.
