Jon Agnone

Jon Agnone is an accomplished professional in the field of business intelligence and strategic analytics, currently serving as the Head of Business Intelligence and Strategic Analytics at Atlassian. With a strong foundation in people analytics, Jon has held significant roles including Senior Director of People Analytics at Salesforce, Director of People Analytics at Tableau Software, and various positions at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Manager to Senior Analyst. Additionally, Jon is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Northwest Social Research Group. Academic achievements include a Ph.D. and an M.A. in Sociology from the University of Washington.
