Lauren started their career as a recruiter at Betts Recruiting in 2009. Lauren then became the Managing Director at Premier - Experts in Search and Placement in 2010. Lauren has been with Atlassian since 2013.

Lauren Williams has a degree in political science and anthropology from Miami University. Lauren has worked as a political scientist and an anthropologist.
